UFC Fight Night 57 took place on Saturday night in Texas and was headlined by Frankie Edgar dominating Cub Swanson and ultimately winning the fight by submission in the final moments of the fifth round.
According to Nielson sources, the main card broadcast on Fox Sports 1 had an average audience of 903,000 viewers, which is up 29 percent from the UFC Fight Night 58 main card number of 699,000 viewers.
The number from Saturday night is the sixth time in 2014 that a UFC Fight Night/TUF Finale fight card grew at least 900,000 viewers on Fox Sports 1 and the last time this happened was in September for UFC Fight Night 50.
The UFC fight card were up against several college football games, along with the Manny Pacquiao pay-per-view which was one of the top five sports programs on Saturday night in the Nielson Twitter TV Ratings.
