Following the UFC Fight Night 57 main card broadcast on pay-per-view, the organization held the post fight press conference from the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas. 
The press conference was attended by Frankie Edgar, Edson Barboza, Alexey Olyinyk, Chico Camus, Joseph Benavidez, Matt Wiman and Paige VanZant.
