World Series of Fighting 15 took place on Saturday night at the USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida and the main card on NBCSN was headlined by David Branch retaining the WSOF middleweight title with a 4th Round TKO victory against Yushin Okami. DSCN0410

In the co-main event, WSOF lightweight champion Justin Gaethje remained undefeated as he defeated Melvin Guillard by split decision in a non-title fight.

  • The defeat for Faria snaps an eleven fight winning streak.
  • Jorge Patino defeated Eric Reynolds by unanimous decision to get his first win in the WSOF and is 9-2-1 in his last twelve fights.
  • Reynolds has not lost back to back fights since defeating Anton Kuivanen for the Cage lightweight championship.
