Dave Herman has pulled out of his Titan FC 32 bout against Jon Madsen for the vacant heavyweight title and replacing Herman in the bout will be Jack May.
The fight change was announced by Titan FC on Friday.
Titan FC 32 will come from the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts on December 19th and along with the heavyweight title fight, the fight card will also feature Steven Siler meeting Desmond Green for the vacant featherweight title.
May (7-2) was already scheduled to be on this fight card as he was booked to meet Lew Polley, who will not receive a new opponent due to the card being two weeks away. Madsen (8-1) returned to MMA in March as he defeated Matt Foster by knockout in the first round. It was his first fight since exiting the UFC in 2011 and marked his fourth career victory by knockout.
