Former WWE wrestler Phil “CM Punk” Brooks has officially made the transition to mixed martial arts as he has signed a multi-fight deal with the UFC.
The signing was announced during the UFC 181 pay-per-view.
During the announcement of the signing, Brooks said the weight class that he will compete in has not been decided but said he will be doing a test cut to 185 pounds.
Brooks is expected to make his UFC debut at some point in 2015 and it will be announced shortly on where he will do his training at.
