A bantamweight bout has been added to April’s UFC on FOX 15 as Aljamain Sterling will meet Manny Gamburyan in a bout likely to be place on the preliminary card. 
The fight booking was announced y the UFC on Thursday evening.
UFC on FOX 15 will come from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on April 18 and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as Lyoto Machida meets Luke Rockhold.
Sterling (10-0) made his UFC debut last year and scored victories over Cody Gibson and Hugo Viana. His win over Viana came via TKO in the third round and it was his sixth career victory by TKO/KO or submission.
Gamburyan (14-8, 1NC) dropped down to the bantamweight division in September and defeated Gibson by submission at UFC 178. He has gone 3-1, 1NC in his last five fights and his submission win over Gibson was his first stoppage victory since 2010 when he defeated Mike Brown by knockout.
