Bellator 132 took place on Friday night at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California and the main card on Spike TV was headlined by Patricio Pitbull retaining the featherweight title with a submission victory over Daniel Straus.
Also on the main card, Georgi Karakhanyan secured a title shot against Pitbull later this year with a technical submission win over Bubba Jenkins in the co-main event of the fight card.

- Pitbull stopped Straus with a rear-naked choke at the 4:49 mark of the fourth round and this is the 3rd latest stoppage in a Bellator title fight.

- Straus is now 1-2 in his last three fights and both defeats have come by rear-naked choke submission.
- Straus is now tied with Brent Weedman, Bryan Baker, and Joe Warren for the 3rd most fights in Bellator history, while Pitbull is tied with Pat Curran for 2nd most fights.
- Karakhanyan last three wins have come by guillotine choke submission and the victory over Jenkins was his 14 career submission win.
- Since losing to Pitbull in 2011, Karakhanyan is 10-1 and six of those wins have come by submission.
- Jenkins falls to 5-2 in Bellator and both defeats have come by stoppage.
- Virgil Zwicker scored a split decision against Houston Alexander in a rematch of their Bellator 129 bout and he is now 2-1-1 in Bellator.
- Alexander is now 3-5-1 in his last nine fights and his last three defeats have come by decision.
- Fernando Gonzalez is now 3-0 in Bellator after defeating Marius Zaromskis by unanimous decision.
- After starting 3-0 in Bellator, Zaromskis is 1-3 in his last four fights.
- John Salter won his Bellator debut by submission against Dustin Jacoby and the former UFC fighter is 6-1 since exiting the UFC.
- Jacoby has dropped both of his fights in Bellator and is 4-3 since leaving the UFC.
- Everett Cummings remained undefeated with a submission win over Jason Glaza and he now has six wins by submission.
- Steve Kozola won his Bellator debut by knockout against Jonathan Rivera and all of his wins have come by stoppage (4 TKO/KO, 1 Submission).
- Derek Anderson improved to 3-1 in Bellator with a TKO win over Danny Navarro and it’s his 5th career win by TKO/KO.
- Albert Morales won his pro debut by submission in the second round against Fabian Gonzalez.
