The UFC 182 Weigh-Ins will take place today in Las Vegas, Nevada and the fight card is now official with eleven fights.
Today’s weigh-ins will come from the Marquee Ballroom at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino and tomorrow night’s fight card will come from the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Tomorrow’s fight card will be headlined by a title fight as Jon Jones (205 lbs) defends the UFC light heavyweight title against Daniel Cormier (205 lbs).
“I am just confident,” Jones said. “I am definitely planning on doing great things and I know doing great things never come easy. I am not expecting this to be an easy challenge. I am excited about it and I expect to be victorious.”
The only fighter to miss weight was Alexis Dufresne, who missed weight by two pounds for her scheduled bantamweight bout against Marion Reneau. She will not attempt to cut the additional weight and she will be fined 20 percent of her purse for missing weight.
