The UFC on FOX 15 fight card has two new additions as Jim Miller will meet Paul Felder in a lightweight bout and in a women’s strawweight bout, Felice Herrig faces Paige VanZant.
Both fight bookings were announced on Wednesday evening.
UFC on FOX 15 will come from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on April 18 and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as Lyoto Machida meets Luke Rockhold.
Miller (24-5, 1NC) is coming off a lost to Donald Cerrone in July and the defeat snapped a four fight unbeaten streak. During his unbeaten streak, two of the wins came by submission including a win at UFC 172 against Yancy Mederios. Felder (9-0) entered the UFC in October and has victories against Jason Saggo and Danny Castillo. The win over Castillo came by knockout at UFC 182 and seven of his wins have come by knockout.
Herrig (10-5) won her official UFC debut in December when she defeated Lisa Ellis by armbar submission at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale. She is 5-1 in her last six fights and the submission victory over Ellis was her first submission since 2010. VanZant (4-1) has won back to back fights and defeated Kailin Curran in her UFC debut in November. Her win over Curran came by TKO and it was her first career win by TKO.
