A rumored women’s strawweight bout for UFC Fight Night 64 in April is now official as Claudia Gadelha will meet Aisling Daly.
The fight booking was made official by the UFC on Thursday.
UFC Fight Night 64 will come from the Krakow Arena and will be headlined by Mirko Cro Cop meeting Gabriel Gonzaga in a rematch.
Gadelha (12-1) is coming off a split decision defeat to Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC on FOX 13 in a title eliminator fight. Both of her fights in the UFC have gone to the scorecards and she holds six career submission victories. Daly (15-5) won her official UFC debut in December by submission over Alex Chambers after being a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter 20. She has won back to back fights and eight of her career wins have come by submission.
