Thiago Tavares recently pulled out of his UFC Fight Night 60 bout against Nik Lentz and replacing Tavares in the bout will be UFC newcomer Levan Makashvili.
UFC officials announced the new fight booking on Tuesday.
UFC Fight Night 60 will come from the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, Colorado on February 14 and will be headlined by Benson Henderson moving up to the welterweight division to meet Brandon Thatch.
Makashvili (6-1) comes to the UFC after being in Cage Fury Fighting Championships and he is coming off a decision win against Alexandre Bezerra. Three of his wins have come by TKO/KO and he went 3-1 in 2014. Lentz (25-6-2, 1NC) is coming off a win against Manny Gamburyan and he is 4-1 in his last five fights. His last three wins have come by decision and his last stoppage win came in 2012.
