The biggest topic in mixed martial arts today is drug testing due to the recent failed drug test by UFC fighters over the last month.
The UFC announced last week that they plan to implement a plan for third party drug testing along with any drug testing that is done by a state athletic commission.
During a recent edition of The MMA Insiders Podcast,Sam Caplan  suggested that every state athletic commission should pass the cost of drug testing the entire fight card to the promotion. Essentially, make the drug testing charge part of putting on a show in that particular state.
During Friday’s edition of The MMA Report Live, I was joined by Titan FC CEO Jeff Aronson and I asked him whether state athletic commissions should pass the cost of drug testing onto the promotion that is doing a show in their state.
