Bellator 135 took place on Friday night at the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma and the main card on Spike TV was headlined by Marcos Galvao winning the Bellator bantamweight title with a verbal submission victory against Joe Warren.
Also on the main card, L.C. Davis and Hideo Tokoro went to battle for three round and Davis walked away with a split decision victory.

- Galvao is now the fourth bantamweight champion in Bellator history (Makovsky, Dantas, Warren).
- This is the first submission victory over Galvao’s career and he is now tied with Makovsky and Dantas for the most wins in Bellator bantamweight division history.
- Warren is now tied with Patricio Pitbull for the 3rd most fights in Bellator history (13).
- This was the 5th title fight for Warren in Bellator and this is tied for 3rd most in Bellator history (Askren, Chandler, and Newton).
- Davis won his third fight in a row in the co-main event as he scored a split decision victory over Hideo Tokoro in the fight of the night.
- Tokoro has now dropped three fights in a row and two of those defeats have come by split decision.
- Francis Carmont won his Bellator debut with a decision victory over Guilherme Viana and the victory snaps a three fight losing streak.
- Viana was also making his Bellator debut and both of his career defeats have come by decision.
- Ryan Couture won his fourth straight fight with a submission victory over Dakota Cochrane and all of those wins have come by rear-naked choke submission.
- Cochrane has dropped both of his fights in Bellator by rear-naked choke submission in the first round.
- Rashad Coulter scored a TKO victory over Jeremiah O’Neal and all of his victories have come by TKO/KO.
- Emmanuel Sanchez won his six fight in a row with a decision win over Alejandro Villalobos and he is now 2-0 in Bellator.
- Stephen Banaszak scored the second omoplata submission win in Bellator history as he defeated Brad Mitchell (Dave Herman, Bellator 31).
- Klayton Mai improved to 7-1 with a submission victory over Xavier Siller and six of his wins have come by submission.
