The CES MMA 28 Weigh-Ins took place today in Lincoln, Rhode Island and the fight card is now official twelve fights. 
Today’s weigh-ins came from the Twin River Casino and the same venue will host tomorrow night’s fight card.
The fight card will be headlined by current Titan FC lightweight Rick Hawn (160 lbs) meeting Derek Loffer (164.5 lbs) in a catchweight bout.
Initially, the bout was scheduled as a lightweight bout, but The MMA Report has learned that the bout was changed to a catchweight bout of 160 pounds earlier this week. While Hawn was able to make the contracted weight, Loffer did not make the weight and it’s unclear if he will be fined a portion of his purse by the commission.
