WSOF 19 took place on Saturday night at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona and was headlined by Justin Gaethje retaining the lightweight title with a third round victory against Luis Palomino.
The two lightweights slugged it out on the feet and both fighters rocked each other. The end of the fight came when Gaethje dropped Palomino and finished the fight with punches on the ground.

Gaethje told me a few days ago that he personally sold 800 tickets for tonight. I believe him. This place is going nuts for the champ.

Look, I’ve picked Gaethje to win, but he is ripe for the picking for the appropriate kind of counterstriker. The champ over commits a lot.

Gaethje is in trouble.

See, this is a gun fight. Not particularly advisable as a strategy.

Gaethje and Palomino just authored the “Round of the Year” in R1. It’s like a Hollywood gunfight, pure shootout. Gaethje playing with fire.

Yo! If you’re not watching the WSOF 19 main event right now between Justin Gaethje and Luis Palomino, you best correct yourself ASAP.
