The event will kick off with the two unaired prelims and the online preliminary card will begin at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT on CBSSports.com. The prelims will be headlined by a title fight as Walel Watson meets Brett Johns for the vacant Titan FC bantamweight title.

The main card on the CBS Sports Network will begin at 11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT and will be headlined by a title fight as Desmond Green defends the featherweight title against Kurt Holobaugh.

Below is a pre-fight statistical breakdown of the four fights that will take place on the main card broadcast on the CBS Sports Network.

Desmond Green (14-3) vs. Kurt Holobaugh (13-2)
Green entered Titan FC last year and made an immediate impact as he defeated former WEC champion Miguel Torres by knockout in 46 seconds. He followed up that victory by defeating Steven Siler to win the vacant featherweight title and this will be his first title defense.

  • His 46 second win over Torres was the first career victory for him in the first round.
  • Notable wins: Rob Font, Mike Richman, Will Martinez, Torres, and Siler.
  • This will be his 6th fight in the last 13 months.

Just like Green, Holobaugh was signed by Titan FC last year and has won both of his fights in the promotion. He will enter this fight on a four fight winning streak and his most recent win came in August as he defeated Lloyd Woodard by knockout in 15 seconds at Titan FC 29.

  • 10 career wins by TKO/KO or submission and 8 of them have come in 1st Round.
  • Submission victories have come via armbar, guillotine choke, triangle choke, and rear-naked choke.
  • Both of his career defeats have come by decision.

Jon Madsen (8-1) vs. Chase Gormley (11-4, 1NC)
Madsen returned to MMA last year after being away for nearly three years and only needed 48 seconds to defeat Matt Foster by TKO. It was his fourth career victory by TKO/KO and all of those wins have come in the first round.

  • Went 4-1 in the UFC with the wins coming against Justin Wren, Mostapha Al-Turk, Karlos Vemola, and Gilbert Ivel.
  • This will be his Titan FC debut and his last fight took place 377 days ago.
  • Only career defeat came via doctor stoppage against Mike Russow.

Gormley is also a former UFC fighter as he went 0-2 in the promotion in 2009 and 2010. This will also be his Titan FC debut and he enters this fight on a four fight winning streak.

  • Most recent victory came in December as he defeated Dale Sopi at RFA 21.
  • 6 wins by TKO/KO or submission.
  • His submission wins have come by ankle lock and keylock.

Pat Healy (30-20, 1NC) vs. Kurt Kinser (8-0)
Healy was signed by Titan FC in December following his victory over former Bellator lightweight Ricardo Tirloni. The victory snapped a five fight winless streak and his last five fights have gone to the decision.

  • 15 wins by submission
  • Notable wins: Dan Hardy, Paul Daley, Carlos Condit, Ryan Ford, and Holobaugh.
  • Prior to the 5 fight winless streak, he had won 9 of 10.

Kinser began his professional MMA career in 2007 and six of his eight fights have ended in the first round. In his last fight, he submitted Tom Shoaff by armbar submission and the stoppage time was 51 seconds.

  • Only been to the decision once in his career.
  • Has won back to back fights by 1st Round submission.
  • In 2010, he defeated former UFC/Strikeforce/Bellator vet Shamar Bailey by TKO.

Cody Bollinger (17-3, 1NC) vs. Andre Harrison (8-0)
After being granted his release from WSOF, Bollinger immediately signed with Titan FC and he will be looking for his second straight win on Friday. His last victory came in November as he defeated Alexander Moses by head kick knockout in 13 seconds.

  • Has won 4 of his last 5 fights.
  • 11 wins by TKO/KO or submission.
  • Submission victories via arm-triangle choke and rear-naked choke.

Harrison made his Titan FC debut in December and defeated Aaron Neveu by unanimous decision. It was his second straight win by decision and his fifth career victory by decision.
