UFC Fight Night 63 took place on Saturday afternoon at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia and was headlined by Chad Mendes stopping Ricardo Lamas in the first round by TKO. 
Mendes rocked Lamas early in the round and poured on the strikes. Lamas attempted to survive, but Mendes continued to land and referee Dan Miragliotta came in to stop the fight.
