The Invicta FC 12 Weigh-Ins will take place today in Kansas City, Missouri and the main event title fight is now official after today’s official weigh-ins. 
Today’s weigh-ins came from the Aladdin Hotel and the same venue will host tomorrow night’s fight card.
The event will be headlined by a title fight as Katja Kankaanpää (114.6 lbs) defends the strawweight title against Livia Renata Souza (113.9).
Four fighters on the card were not on weight on their first attempt with those fighters being Vanessa Porto, Raquel Pa’aluhi, Latoya Walker, and Jenny Liou. Pa’aluhi was able to make weight on her second attempt while the others did not make weight. Porto, Walker, and Liou will be fined 25 percent of their purse and that money will go to their opponents.
