Former Bellator featherweight champion Pat Curran will look to snap his recent losing streak in June as he is set to face Goiti Yamauchi at Bellator 139 in Kansas.
The fight booking was made official today by Bellator.
Bellator 139 will come from the Kansas Star Arena in Mulvane, Kansas on June 26 and the main event is expected to be announced shortly by the promotion.
Curran (20-7) has lost back to back fights and three of his last four. He lost the Bellator featherweight title in September of last year against Patricio Pitbull and he lost a split decision to Daniel Weichel at Bellator 133 in February. Yamauchi (18-2) is 4-1 in Bellator since entering the promotion in 2013 and has won back to back fights. His most recent victory came in September as he defeated Martin Stapleton by submission at Bellator 125.
