After being pulled from last weekend’s UFC 186 due to Quinton “Rampage” Jackson being placed back on the card, Steve Bosse will now make his UFC debut against Thiago Santos at UFC Fight Night 70 in Brazil.
UFC officials announced the fight booking today.
UFC Fight Night 70 will come from Sao Paulo, Brazil on June 27 and will be headlined by a welterweight bout as Erick Silva meets Rick Story.
Bosse (10-1) is currently on an eight fight winning streak and his last fight came in 2013 as he defeated Caleb Grummet by TKO. Eight of his ten wins have come by TKO/KO and seven of those have come in the first round. Santos (10-3) has gone 2-2 in the UFC and is coming off a win against Andy Enz at UFC 183. Both of his wins in the UFC have come by TKO in the first round with the other win coming against Ronny Markes.
