Episode 5 of The Ultimate Fighter 21 draws 340k viewers in live viewership; 18 percent increase from last week

The fifth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 21 debuted last night on Fox Sports 1 and featured Hayder Hassan defeating Andrews Nakahara by knockout in 48 seconds. TUF 21

According to Nielson sources, the preliminary viewership for the show came in at 340,000 viewers, which is up 18 percent from last week’s live viewership number of 286,000.

When it came to the competition last night, the night was won by the NBA Eastern Conference Final Playoff game on TNT between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Atlanta Hawks. The game averaged 6.8 million viewers and the NHL Eastern Conference Final playoff game between the New York Ranger and Tampa Bay Lightning drew 1.6 million viewers.
