Today’s weigh-ins came from the Grand Ballroom at the MGM Grand and tomorrow’s fight card will come from the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The event will be headlined by a title fight as Anthony Johnson (205 lbs) meets Daniel Cormier (205 lbs) for the vacant light heavyweight title.

“It felt amazing to get this call,” Cormier said. “I think the world of Rumble as an opponent, buta t the end of the day, the truth is Anthony Johnson is not good enough to beat me. I am going to be the UFC light heavyweight champion tomorrow.

The co-main event will also be a title fight as Chris Weidman (185 lbs) defends the middleweight title against Vitor Belfort (184 lbs). After both fighters made weight, Weidman made a statement that he believes his opponent is still a cheater.

“I left him alone with this whole drug test thing,” Weidman said. “This guy is still cheating and I am going to make him pay for it tomorrow night.”

The only fighter to miss weight for the event was preliminary card fighter Nina Ansaroff. She missed weight by four pounds for her strawweight bout against Rose Namajunas and she will be fined a portion of her purse for missing weight.
