Derek Brunson out of UFC Fight Night 69 due to injury, Uriah Hall steps in on short notice to meet Krzysztof Jotko

An undisclosed injury has forced Derek Brunson to pull out of his UFC Fight Night 69 bout against Krzysztof Jotko and stepping up on short notice to replace Brunson will be Uriah Hall. UFC Fight Night 69

The fight change was announced by the UFC on Tuesday morning.

UFC Fight Night 69 will come from the O2 World Berlin on June 20 and will be headlined by Joanna Jedrzejczyk defending the UFC women’s strawweight title against Jessica Penne.

Hall (10-5) enters this fight following a split decision defeat to Rafael Natal at UFC 187 last month. The defeat snapped a three fight winning streak and all of his defeats in the UFC have come by split decision. Jotko (15-1) made his UFC debut at the end of 2013 and he has gone 2-1 in the promotion. Following a defeat to Magnus Cedenblad, he came back to the octagon at UFC Fight Night 53 and scored a decision victory over Tor Troeng.
