Paige VanZant will be returning to the octagon in September at UFC 191 in Las Vegas and she is targeted to meet Alex Chambers.
The fight booking was confirmed by VanZant on social media today following a report by MMA Sucka on Tuesday.
UFC 191 will come from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on September 5 and the main event for the fight card has not been announced at this time.
VanZant (5-1) is currently on a three fight winning streak and her most recent win came in April as she defeated Felice Herrig by unanimous decision. She is 2-0 in the UFC and her other win in the promotion came against Kailin Curran. Chambers (5-2) lost her UFC debut at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale against Aisling Daly and defeated Curran by submission in May. She is 3-1 in her last four fights and all of those wins have come by stoppage.
