Visa issues force Rustam Khabilov out of UFC on FOX 16, Jim Miller steps up to meet Danny Castillo

Lightweight Rustam Khabilov has been forced to pull out of his UFC on FOX 16 bout against Danny Castillo due to visa issues and stepping up to replace Khabilov on the July 25 card will be Jim Miller. UFC on FOX 16

UFC officials announced the change on Monday afternoon.

UFC on FOX 16 will come from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois on July 25 and will be headlined a title rematch as T.J. Dillashaw defends the bantamweight title against former champion Renan Barao.

Miller (24-6, 1NC) has dropped back to back fights and his most decent defeat came at UFC on FOX 15 against Beniel Dariush. Before the back to back defeats, he was unbeaten in four fights. Castillo (17-8) has dropped his last two fights and is 1-3 in his last four. He is coming off a knockout defeat against Paul Felder at UFC 182 and it was the first time since 2012 that he was defeated by stoppage.
