Titan FC heavyweight champion Chase Gormley has a new promotion to call home as the California based fighter has signed an exclusive, multi-fight deal with Bellator.
The signing was announced by Bellator in a press release on Thursday.
Gormley (12-4, 1 NC) is currently on a five fight winning streak and won the vacant Titan FC heavyweight title in March when he defeated Jon Madsen by unanimous decision. During his recent winning streak, three of the wins have come by unanimous decision and he is excited to bring his talents to Bellator.
“I’m ecstatic to have the opportunity to compete for Bellator MMA with Scott Coker at the helm,” Gormley said. “I can’t think of a better way to show that I am one of the best heavyweights in the world than here, and with a platform like Spike it won’t be long before everyone knows my name.”
A date and opponent for his Bellator debut has not been determined at this time.
