A middleweight bout has been booked for the UFC Fight Night 73 card in Nashville, Tennessee as Ultimate Fighter 17 finalist Uriah Hall will meet Joe Riggs.
The fight booking was been confirmed by the UFC on Friday.
UFC Fight Night 73 will come from the Bridgestone Arena and will be headlined by former title challenger Glover Teixeira meeting Ovince Saint Preux meeting in a battle of top ten UFC light heavyweights.
Hall (10-5) will enter this fight following a split decision defeat against Rafael Natal at UFC 187 in May. The defeat snapped a three fight winning streak and he is 3-3 in the UFC. Riggs (40-16, 1NC) returned to the UFC last year and has dropped both of his fights since coming back. His most recent defeat came in April as he lost a decision against Patrick Cote.
