A women’s strawweight bout has been added to the UFC Fight Night 76 card in Ireland as Ultimate Fighter 20 alum Aisling Daly will meet Ericka Almeida.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Monday.
UFC Fight Night 76 will come from The 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland on October 24 and will be headlined by a lightweight bout as Dustin Poirier meets Joseph Duffy.
Daly (15-6) has gone 1-1 since entering the UFC after being part of The Ultimate Fighter 20 last year. She won her official UFC debut against Alex Chambers at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale and is coming off a decision lost in April at UFC 186 against Randa Markos. Almeida (7-1) was signed by the UFC earlier this year and lost her promotional debut against Juliana Lima at UFC Fight Night 67. Prior to entering the UFC, all of her wins came by stoppage and six of them came by submission.
