The Bellator roster under Scott Coker continues to grow as the promotion has signed Isao Kobayashi and Thiago Jambo Goncalves to multi-year, multi-fight contracts.
Both signings were announced by Bellator in a press release on Monday.
Kobayashi (18-2-4) will compete in the Bellator featherweight division and the former “King of Pancrase” is 5-1 in his last six fights. He is coming off a decision victory against Will Chope earlier this month and defeated two-time Bellator featherweight tournament finalist Marlon Sandro earlier this year.
Goncalves (18-4, 1 NC) is a training partner of the Pitbull brothers and will be competing in the Bellator welterweight division. He is 6-1 in his last seven fights and is coming off a TKO win in June against Mat Baker at WSOF 21.
The Bellator debut for both fighters will be announced in the near future.
