Three new fights have been added to the UFC Fight Night 77 card in Sao Paulo, Brazil including a light heavyweight bout between Glover Teixeira and Patrick Cummins.
The new fight bookings were announced by the UFC on Tuesday and the other two new matchups are Tom Lawlor vs. Fabio Maldonado and Viscardi Andrade vs. Gasan Umalatov.
UFC Fight Night 77 will come from Sao Paulo, Brazil on November 7 and will be headlined by a trilogy bout between Vitor Belfort and Dan Henderson.
Teixeira (23-4) is coming off a win earlier this month as he submitted Ovince St. Preux in the main event of UFC Fight Night 73. The win snapped a two fight losing streak and it was his first victory since 2013. Cummings (8-2) also scored a victory earlier this month as he defeated Rafael Cavalcante at UFC 190. He is 4-2 in the UFC and two of those wins have come by TKO.
Lawlor (10-5, 1NC) has won back to back fights and defeated Gian Villante last month by knockout in his return to the light heavyweight division. He is 3-1 in his last four fights and all of those victories came by stoppage. Maldonado (22-8) has dropped two of his last three fights and is coming off a decision lost to Rampage Jackson in April. His only win in his last three fights came in October of last year as he defeated Hans Stringer by TKO.
Andrade (17-6) was a member of Team Werdum during The Ultimate Fighter Brazil 2 and has gone 1-1 on the UFC. This will be his first fight since February of 2014, which was a decision lost against Nico Musoke. Umalatov (15-4-1) made his UFC debut last year and has gone 1-2 in the promotion. His last fight came in October of last year when he lost a split decision against Cathal Pendred at UFC Fight Night 53.
