RFA 28 took place on Friday at the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, Missouri and was headlined by Andrew Sanchez winning the vacant middleweight title with a TKO in the third round against John Poppie. 
In addition to Sanchez winning the vacant title, flyweight Ken Porter won his fifth straight fight in the main event as he defeated Matt Manzanares by split decision in the co-main event of the fight card.
