UFC 189 took place last month at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and all of the drug test results came back clean.
The Nevada Athletic Commission released the results of the out-of-competition and in-competition drug tests today.
According to the documents released by the commission, six fighters on the card and featherweight champion Jose Aldo were subject to the out-of-competition testing. The fighters were tested multiple times and the commission’s policy is to not release out-of-competition results until after the fight card.
Along with the out-of-competition testing, all of the fighters on the July 11 card were tested on fight night. The fighters tested on fight night were tested by urine and the tests were sent to Quest Diagnostics in Las Vegas.
