Roan Carneiro has pulled out of his UFC Fight Night 75 bout against Gegard Mousasi and stepping up to replace Carneiro will be Uriah Hall. 
The fight change was announced by the UFC on Wednesday evening.
UFC Fight Night 75 will come from the Saitama Super Arena on September 26 and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Roy Nelson meets Josh Barnett.
Hall (11-5) has won four of his last five after dropping his first two fights in the UFC. His most recent fight came two weeks ago as he defeated Oluwale Bamgbose at UFC Fight Night 73. Mousasi (37-5-2) has won back to back fights and is 4-2 in the UFC. His most recent win came in May as he defeated Costas Philippou by decision.
