Andrew Todhunter issues statement after being scratched from tomorrow’s Legacy FC 45 main event

Andrew Todhunter was scheduled to be in the main event of Legacy FC 45 on Friday night in Oklahoma, but his fight against Dylan Smith has been canceled after Todhunter was not medically cleared to compete. LFC-45-Todhunter-vs-Smith

With the main event of Legacy FC 45 being scratched, the new main event of the fight card will be a lightweight bout between J.C. Cottrell and Ed Kline.

Following the news of his fight being canceled, Todhunter’s management team, Guardian Sports Management released a statement from the fighter on his fight being scratched.

“I’m of course very disappointed, but unfortunately this is just part of the sport,” Todhunter said. “I’d like to apologize sincerely for any inconvenience I may have caused. But I’m looking forward in my career and I’m ready to continue my career at 185 pounds.”

Legacy FC 45 will come from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma tomorrow night and the current fight card is below.
