A heavyweight bout has been added to The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale on December 11 in Las Vegas as Gabriel Gonzaga will meet Konstantin Erokhin.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Friday.
The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale will come from the Chelsea inside the Cosmopolitan and will be headlined by a featherweight bout as Frankie Edgar meets Chad Mendes.
Gonzaga (16-10) has dropped three in a row and his last win came in 2013 against Shawn Jordan. His most recent defeat came in April as he lost to Mirko Cro Cop in the main event of UFC Fight Night 64. Erokhin (9-2) lost his UFC debut in January against Viktor Pesta and the defeat snapped a nine fight winning streak. Eight of his nine wins have come by TKO/KO and all of those wins have come in the first round.
