UFC Fight Night 78 will come from the Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico on November 21 and tickets for the event will go on sale tomorrow. 
The fight card will be headlined by a welterweight bout as Matt Brown meets Ultimate Fighter 17 winner Kelvin Gastelum.
