The fifth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 22 debuted last night on FOX Sports 1 and featured Saul Rogers of Team McGregor defeating Billy Quarantillo of Team Faber.
According to Nielson sources, The Ultimate Fighter 22 debuted at 10 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1 to 498,000 viewers and the replay showing at 1 a.m. ET drew an average audience of 58,000 viewers.
When it came to the competition on cable, the night was dominated by the MLB playoff game between the Chicago Cubs and the Pittsburgh Pirates on TBS. The game ran from 8:00-11:11 p.m. ET and averaged 8.3 million viewers. The other top sports programming last night was the NHL game on NBCSN between the Chicago Blackhawks and the New York Rangers with 925,000 viewers.
