Bellator 147 took place on Friday night at the San Jose State University Events Center in San Jose, California and the card was headlined by Josh Thomson winning his second straight fight with a TKO victory against Pablo Villaseca.
According to Nielson sources, Bellator 147’s preliminary live average viewership landed at 656,000 viewers and the show peaked at 833,000 viewers at 11:03 p.m. ET during the main event fight between Thomson and Villaseca.
When it came to the sports competition, Bellator went up against a NBA doubleheader on ESPN (2.145 and 1.108 million) and a College Football game on ESPN2 (1.034 million.
