The main event of UFC Fight Night 86 is now official as Ben Rothwell will meet former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos on April 10 in Croatia.
The fight booking was made official by the UFC on Monday morning.
UFC Fight Night 86 will come from the Zagreb Arena in Zagreb, Croatia and tickets for the event will go on sale to the public on Friday, February 12.
Rothwell (36-9) is coming off a submission win at UFC on FOX 18 against Josh Barnett and he is currently on a four fight winning streak. During his winning streak, all of the wins have come by stoppage and the last two wins have come by gogo choke submission. Dos Santos (17-4) enters this fight following a lost to Alistar Overeem at UFC on FOX 17 in December and he is 3-3 in his last six fights. His last win came at the end of 2014 when he scored a decision win over top title contender Stipe Miocic.
