A welterweight bout is the latest addition to the UFC on FOX 19 fight card as Ultimate Fighter winner Court McGee will meet Santiago Ponzinibbio.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Tuesday.
UFC on FOX 19 will come from the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida on April 16 and will be headlined by a lightweight bout as Khabib Nurmagomedov returns from injury to meet Ultimate Fighter winner Tony Ferguson.
McGee (17-4) has won three of his four fights since dropping down to the welterweight division and all three of those wins have come by decision. His most recent victory came in December at UFC 194 as he defeated Marcio Alexandre Junior by unanimous decision. Ponzinibbio (21-3) is coming off a TKO win against Andreas Stahl and he is 3-1 since losing his UFC debut. Twelve of his victories have come by TKO/KO and he has only gone to the decision four times in his career.
