Heavyweight Ruslan Magomedov recently pulled out of his UFC Fight Nigh 86 bout against Gabriel Gonzaga due to an injury and stepping up to face Gonzaga on the April 10 fight card will be Derrick Lewis.
The fight change was made official by the UFC on Friday.
UFC Fight Night 86 will come from the Zagreb Arena in Zagreb, Croatia on April 10 and the event will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Ben Rothwell meets former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos.
Lewis (14-4, 1NC) has won five of his seven fights in the UFC and is coming off a TKO win at UFC Fight Night 82 last month against Damian Grabowski. He enters this fight with back to back victories and both of those wins have come by TKO. Gonzaga (17-10) is coming off a decision win in December against Konstantin Erokhin at The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale and the victory snapped a three fight losing streak.
