Two fights have been added to the Bellator 158 card on July 16 in London as Michael Page will meet Fernando Gonzalez in a welterweight bout and in a light heavyweight bout, Linton Vassell faces Francis Carmont.
The fight bookings were announced by Bellator on Friday evening.
Bellator 158 will come from the O2 Arena in London, England and will be headlined by a heavyweight rematch as Kimbo Slice will return from suspension to meet James Thompson.
Page (10-0) remained undefeated on Friday night at Bellator 153 as he submitted Jeremie Holloway by toe hold in the opening round. It was his third career win by submission and he is now 6-0 in Bellator. Gonzalez (25-13) is currently on a five fight winning streak and is coming off a split decision win against Gilbert Smith. Three of his five wins in the promotion have come by decision, including a win over former title challenger Karl Amoussou.
Vassell (16-5, 1NC) is coming off a decision win against former Bellator champion Emmanuel Newton in their rematch at Bellator 149. He is 2-2 in his last four fights and has gone 5-2 in his seven Bellator fights. Carmont (24-11) lost to Phil Davis in the final of the one night, four man light heavyweight tournament in September and has gone 2-1 in Bellator. Sixteen of his victories have come by finish and ten of those wins have come by submission.
