  1. Hardcore MMA fan

Joey Beltran fought at Bellator way before he ever fought in the UFC, Jason.

Btw I looked on Bellator’s website to see how many homegrown fighters they have currently and it’s over 60 fighters. Not to mention many others not with them anymore. They just started signing a lot of fighters in free agency the last couple of yrs.

And the majority of the UFC roster is guys from every MMA promotion that there’s ever been.

When you think about it the UFC doesn’t have that many more homegrown fighters than Bellator.

Hardcore MMA Fan, from just the looks of it, I think the UFC is beyond having homegrown fighters because the UFC views itself, and rightfully so, as the major MMA organization on this planet, and because of that, talent from every MMA organization goal is to come to the UFC. As long as MMA fighters can make a career and a living doing what they love, the more viable MMA organizations that are around, the more jobs there are for MMA fighters
