The main event of tonight’s UFC Fight Night 88 in Las Vegas will be a matchup of undefeated bantamweights as Cody Garbrandt will meet Thomas Almeida on the fight card coming from the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
Garbrandt (8-0) made his UFC debut at the beginning of last year and two of his three wins in the promotion have come by TKO/KO. His most recent victory came in February as he defeated Augusto Mendes by knockout in the first round at UFC Fight Night 83 and five of his eight wins have come in the opening round.
