The second professional fight of Max Barrett’s career will take place on Saturday night at Cage Titans 29 as he will meet Thomas Mills in a bantamweight bout on the fight card coming from the Plymouth Memorial Hall on Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Barrett (1-0) had his pro debut in January at Cage Titans 27 and defeated David Espino by stoppage in the opening round. Along with previewing his fight on Sunday’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast,” Max talked about having a friendly rivalry with his brother Peter Barrett, who is currently 6-0 as a professional mixed martial artist.
“Obviously, the end results in everything we do day to day is to win in that cage,” Barrett said on The MMA Report Podcast. “So even just training, lifting, doing our conditioning, sprints or whatever it is — there is always that brotherly competition going on.”
