Matt Tullos talks about how he got his nickname “The Paperboy” and his fight on Friday at CES MMA 36

The preliminary card of Friday’s CES MMA 36 will see a featherweight bout as Matt Tullos look to improve to 2-0 in his professional career when he meets Merab Dvalishvili on the fight card coming from the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island.

Tullos won his pro debut back in March at CES MMA 33 as he submitted Shan Bachok in the opening round and he recently talked to The MMA Report about his fight on Friday night. Along with talking about his upcoming fight, he told the story on how he got his nickname, “The Paperboy.”

“There was some local reporter, who is writing an article about one of my fights and he referred to me as the average day paperboy,” Tullos told The MMA Report. “Based on my unassuming look. I am not a fan of it, but it’s a nickname. You have to stick with it I guess.”
