A welterweight bout that was reported earlier today by Globo is now official for UFC 202 on August 20 as Neil Magny will meet Dong Hyun Kim.
The fight booking was officially announced by the UFC on Tuesday evening.
UFC 202 will come from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on August 20 and will be headlined by a rematch in the welterweight division as Nate Diaz meets current UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
Magny (18-4) is currently on a three fight winning streak and is coming off a TKO win against Hector Lombard at UFC Fight Night 85. He has won a fight night bonus in his last two fights and is 10-1 in his last eleven fights. Kim (21-3-1, 1NC) will also enter this fight following a TKO win as he defeated Dominic Waters last year. He has won back to back fights and is 6-1 in his last seven fights.
