A bantamweight bout has been added to the UFC 202 preliminary card on August 20 in Las Vegas as Marlon Vera will meet Ning Guangyou.
The fight booking was recently added to the official fight card lineup on the UFC website.
UFC 202 will come from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on August 20 and will be headlined by a rematch in the welterweight division as Nate Diaz meets current UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
Guangyou (5-3-1) is coming off a split decision lost against Marco Beltran in November of last year and the defeat snapped a three fight winning streak. Four of his five wins have come by stoppage and three of those have come by TKO. Vera (7-3-1) will also enter this fight following a defeat as he lost a decision against Davey Grant. Six of his seven wins have come by stoppage and five of those victories have come by submission.
