Several changes announced for UFC Fight Night 95, including addition of Thiago Santos vs. Eric Spicely

Next month’s UFC Fight Night 95 fight card has seen several changes as Renato Carneiro, Brandon Thatch, Joaquim Silva and Shinsho Anzai have pulled out of the event due to injuries.

The announcement of those four fighters being out of the event was announced on Friday evening and the promotion also announced that a middleweight bout between Thiago Santos and Eric Spicely has been added to the fight card.

UFC Fight Night 95 will come from the Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasilia, Brazil and will be headlined by a women’s catchweight bout of 140 pounds as Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino meets Lina Lansberg.

Carneiro was scheduled to meet Mike De La Torre in the opening bout of the main card broadcast on FS1 and stepping up to take his place in the bout will be Godofredo Pepey. With welterweights Thatch and Anzai out of the event, their opponents for this event will now face each other as Erick Silva meets Luan Chagas and Glaico Franca will be replacing Silva against Gregor Gillespie.
