The scheduled flyweight bout between Ian McCall and Ray Borg for Saturday’s UFC 203 has been scratched following Borg being removed from the event due to an illness.
UFC officials announced the cancelation of the bout on early Thursday morning.
“Due to illness, flyweight contender Ray Borg has been forced to withdraw from his UFC 203 bout against Ian McCall on Saturday,” the UFC said in a statement.
In the announcement of McCall vs. Borg being scratched from Saturday’s fight card, the UFC did not announce which fight will be elevated from the prelims on UFC Fight Pass to the prelims on FS1.
